Wheelie Bin Worm Farm DIY Kit
£47.00
With a mission to change the culture of waste we have developed kits to help you transform your wheelie bin into a Magic Manure making machine, otherwise known as a worm farm! Suitable for converting 80, 120 and 240 litre wheelie bins.
Description
Keep your kitchen scraps out of landfill and convert it into the worlds most nutritious fertiliser. Worm manure is teeming with minerals and nutrients essential for healthy plant growth and disease suppression, helping us grow healthy nutritious food without the need for harmful chemicals.
Our kits are suitable for converting 80, 120 and 240 litre wheelie bins.
Maintaining our environmental credentials we have partnered with CC Signs to repurpose old ‘For Sale’ plastic corrugated signs for use as insert drainage trays and legs, keeping more plastic out of landfill sites. Some of these signs may have a few small holes in from use but this does not impact on the product as the sheet is used for drainage. Our brackets and harvesting window are manufactured locally in the East Midlands using recycled plastic.
Kits includes:
- 2 x Plastic corrugated sheets (repurposed For Sale signs)
- 1 x Tap
- 8 x Nuts, bolts and washers
- 5 x Zip ties
- 1 x Paper template
- 1 x Worms & Peace sticker

- 1 x Worm Care Guide

*An adaptation service offered for Nottingham city residents. Contact Anna for more information.
*Please note we ship every Wednesday and orders received after 5pm Tuesday will be shipped the following Wednesday.
*Unfortunately due to a recent increase in the price per unit of taps we have had to increase the cost of our worm farms and worm farm kits by £2 inline with the increase in cost. We work to very slim profit margins to bring you an affordable product and are unable to absorb this cost. We hope you understand.
